WHAT IS THE RETURN SHIPPING POLICY?
Returns must be in new and unused condition. Returns must be received at our warehouse within 30 days from purchase date for a refund. Store credit will be issued for returns received after 30 days and up to 45 days from date of purchase. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 45 days. No restocking fees. Gift returns will be processed as an exchange or store credit only. Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Shipping is nonrefundable. Final Sale Items are NOT protected by Vellaire’s Warranty Policy and are not returnable.
